Regulatory status. Quant Alpha Crypto S.A. is a technology company. It is not a credit institution, an investment firm or a crypto-asset service provider; it is not licensed by, registered with or supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) or any other financial supervisory authority, and it does not provide any regulated financial or crypto-asset service.

This website is private and available by invitation only. Its content is provided for general information purposes only and is intended solely for the invited recipient. Nothing on this website constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice, a personalised recommendation, a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell any crypto-asset, financial instrument or product. Quant Alpha Crypto S.A. does not offer any product or service through this website.

The signals displayed are generated by Quant Alpha Crypto's proprietary systems for its own research and its own strategies. They are published for transparency and verifiability; they are not directed at any person, are not personalised recommendations and must not be relied upon for any decision. Quant Alpha Crypto may hold or take positions, for its own account, in crypto-assets referred to on this platform.

Performance information. Figures shown on this platform include simulated and backtested results. Simulated results are computed by applying the strategies' rules to historical market data, net of modeled costs (trading fees and, where applicable, financing of the overlay). Simulated or hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations: unlike an actual performance record, they do not represent actual trading, no positions were executed, they may under-compensate or over-compensate for the impact of market factors such as liquidity, and they are generally designed with the benefit of hindsight. Data we process. For invited members: email address, account identifiers and authentication data (sign-in codes, session tokens). For all visitors: technical logs (IP address, browser information, timestamps).

Purposes and legal bases. Providing access to the platform to invited members (performance of the service you request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); securing the platform, preventing abuse and keeping technical logs (our legitimate interest in network and information security, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients. Two processors acting on our instructions: Clerk, Inc. (authentication) and Vercel Inc. (hosting), both established in the United States. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking providers.

International transfers. Clerk and Vercel are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; Vercel additionally relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy of the relevant safeguards can be requested at the contact address above.

Retention. Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted after the account is removed. Technical logs are kept for a short, limited period.

Your rights. You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, by writing to contact@quantalphacrypto.lu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), cnpd.public.lu.

Providing an email address is necessary to access the platform; without it, an account cannot be created. We carry out no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

This site uses strictly necessary cookies only, to keep you signed in and to secure your session. Such cookies are exempt from consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as transposed in Luxembourg. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
